Returns Policy

At Hasten House, every order is carefully inspected before it leaves our hands. Because many of our collections are produced in limited quantities and preorders are made specifically for our customers, we are only able to accept returns for items that arrive damaged.

If your order arrives damaged, please email us at hey@hastenhouse.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of both the damaged item and the packaging. We may request additional photos if needed to process your claim.

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions for returning the damaged item. Items must be returned in their original condition with all original packaging. After we receive and inspect the return, we will send a replacement if inventory is available. If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment.

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for items that are:

  • Not damaged upon arrival
  • Worn, washed, or altered
  • Damaged after delivery through normal use or improper care
  • Reported more than 7 days after delivery
