The Wilderness of Rejection — Genesis 16

Pregnant, unprotected, and undone, Hagar flees into the wilderness. There, God sees her near a spring of water. The Hebrew word for spring is "ayin" which is also the word used for "eye." It's there, near the "eye" that the Lord sees Hagar. Astonished and grateful, she names the Lord, El Roi—proclaiming "I have seen the one who sees me." When we think that no one could possibly see or understand, God does.

Handmade beaded necklace. Dyed jasper beads, goldstone chips, plated hematite, 14k gold plated stainless steel findings. One side for the wilderness, one side for the water. Eye shaped pendant because He sees. Each necklace is one of a kind and pendants may vary in color.
