Shipping

How long until my order ships?
Orders ship out within 5–7 business days. You'll get a tracking email as soon as yours is on the way.

How much is shipping?
Orders of $100 or more ship free. Otherwise, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order, and Express shipping is available.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States.

Returns

Can I return or exchange something?
Because our pieces are small-batch and limited, all sales are final, except for items that arrive damaged or defective. If that happens, email hey@hastenhouse.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we'll make it right. See the full Refund Policy.

Sizing & fit

How do I know what size to get?
I try on every piece of clothing myself (I wear a 24/26W), and each listing includes fit notes like whether it runs small, true to size, or generous. Still unsure? Send us an email with your question.

What does Thick Girl Approved mean?
It means I've tried the piece on my own plus-size body and it passed: comfortable, flattering, and true to what the listing says.

Jewelry

Who makes the jewelry?
I do. Hasten House necklaces and rings are handmade by me in Houston, in very small batches. Natural stones vary, so no two pieces are exactly alike.

What's the difference between gold-filled and gold-plated?
Gold-filled metal has a thick layer of real gold bonded to a base metal, so it holds its color for a long time with good care. Gold-plated pieces have a much thinner gold layer. Each listing tells you exactly which materials are used.

Does jewelry come in packaging?
Yes! Jewelry orders come with a velvet HH pouch, which makes them easy to gift.

How do I care for my jewelry?
Take it off before showering or swimming, put on lotion and perfume before you put on your jewelry, and store it in your velvet HH pouch.

How do I care for an opal?
Ethiopian opal is naturally porous, so keep it away from water. If it gets wet, it may look cloudy for a bit, but the fire comes back as it dries.

Drops & restocks

Will you restock something that sold out?
Usually not. Most pieces are made or bought in very small quantities, and once they're gone, they're gone. Join the email list to hear about new drops first.

What payment methods do you accept?
All major cards, plus the express payment options shown at checkout. Eligible orders can also be split into interest-free payments with Shop Pay Installments.
